1. Services

Luke Cuts provides mobile barbershop services in the University Park, PA area. By booking an appointment through our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be booked through our website. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows (failure to be available at the scheduled time and location) may result in being charged the full service fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

3. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are listed on our booking page. Payment is due at the time of service. Prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.

4. Mobile Service

As a mobile barber service, you are responsible for providing a suitable location for the appointment. The area should be well-lit, have access to an electrical outlet, and have adequate space. Luke Cuts reserves the right to decline service if the location is deemed unsuitable.

5. Liability

Luke Cuts is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to products used during service. Please inform your barber of any known allergies or skin conditions before the appointment.

6. Communication

By booking an appointment, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates via email and/or SMS. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
